Piazza San Marco

In the relatively small area there are so many things to see and do and experience. Be sure to visit the Doge's Palace and the prison including the Bridge of Sighs. Do not hurry through. Arezzo

Piazzagrandearezzo Arezzo is a city in Tuscany, 50 miles south east of Florence, and has an elevation of 296 meters above sea level. The city is set on a steep hill, we can find in the upper part of the town the cathedral, the Town Hall and the Fortezza Medicea (Medici Fortress), and the main streets branch from here to the lower part of the town to the gates. This upper part of the town maintains its medieval aspect. Among the main sights in the town is the Piazza Grande, a medieval square with red brick pavement and geometrical lines in limestone, that now is the site of the Giostra del Saracino (Joust of the Saracin).

Tuscany is known for its wines, some of the most famous of are Chianti, Morellino di Scansano and Brunello di Montalcino, for its 120 protected regions, nature reserves, and for its production of olive oil. It is a beautiful region, with incredible cities and towns.

Padova

PratodellavallePadova or Padua is a city located centrally in the Veneto region, between Venezia and Vicenza in one side, and Verona on the other, and it's the capital of the province of the same name. Among its many historic buildings you can find the second oldest university in the world, founded in 1222, the Basilica di Sant'Antonio, the Botanic Garden, which is the first botanic garden of the world, and other great and incredible landmarks like the Prato della Valle, one of the most beautiful squares in the world.

Ravenna

RavennasheepRavenna is a small town, home of the Basilica of Sant' Appollinare Nuovo, full of pedestrian areas with cafes and bars. At the Basilica you can see the amazing Mosaics and its interesting architecture, and 1km from it you can find Dante's Tomb. Great place for those who like to shop as well, there are lots of small boutiques and shops, and of course a large variety of trattorias and pizzerias to enjoy Italian food.

Torre delle Millizie

Torre_delle_milizieIt is a tower in Rome annexed to the Trajan´s Market, and is one of the main medieval monuments of the city. It belonged to a series of fortified buildings, and an earthquake in 1348 caused the crumbling of the upper floor and some of the structure. also know as Nero´s Tower, for a tradition that says that Nero watched the fire of Rome from this tower.

The Tower of Pisa

PisaThe Leaning Tower of Pisa is the bell tower or campanile of the Cathedral, situated behind the building. The foundation started to shift due to loose substrate and poor laid foundation, back in 1173. It is 186 feet high with 294 steps. The most famous legend of this tower is the one that tells that Galileo Galilei went up to the tower and dropped 2 cannon balls of different masses, to demonstrate his theory that the descending speed was independent of the mass.

Sicily

Favignanasicily Sicily is an autonomous region of Italy and the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, and is directly adjacent to the region of Calabria via the Strait of Messina to the east. We can find in its territory the volcano Etna, wich is close to Catania and with its 10,900 feet high, is the tallest volcano in Europe and one of the world's most active volcanoes.
Sicily has been noted for 2000 years as a grain-producing territory. Oranges, olives, and wine are among its other agricultural products. The mines of the Enna and Caltanissetta district became a leading sulfur-producing area in the 19th century but have declined since the 1950s.

Sorrento

Sorrento Sorrento is a small city in Campania, and a very popular tourist destination. You can reach this town from Napoli and Pompeii by the Circumvesuvian rail line.
Many viewpoints in the city allow the sight of Naples, wich is visible across the Sorrentine Peninsula, and of course, the Vesuvius. The Amalfi drive, which connects Sorrento with Amalfi, is a narrow road that threads around and around the cliffs above the Mediterranean. Ferry boats provides service to Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri, so you you will have a very easy way to experience all this cities. Sorrento is very famous for the production of Limoncello, which is an alcoholic aperitif made from lemon, alcohol, water and sugar; but it´s productions also include citrus fruit, nuts, olive and wines.

Verona Arena

Verona__arena The Arena di Verona is a Roman amphitheatre in Verona, Italy, famous for the opera performances given there. It is one of the best preserved structures of its kind and it was built in 30 AD on a site which at the time was outside of the city walls. The shows and games staged there were so famous that spectators came from many other and distant places. The amphitheatre can host more than 30,000 spectators.The round façade was originally in white and pink limestone from Valpolicella, but after a major earthquake in 1117, which almost completely destroyed the outer ring, and the Arena was used as a quarry for other buildings. The first interventions to recover its functionality as a theatre were started during the Renaissance.
Thanks to its outstanding acoustics, the building lends itself to musical performances, the practice of which began in 1913. Nowadays, four productions are mounted each year between June and August.
